This is a truly fantastic audiobook that could change your life! It has so much excellent information in it about ACT, CBT and DBT, plus literally hundreds of exercises to help put these approaches into practice. I know that I will listen to some elements of this audiobook multiple times, and that some of the exercises will really help me feel more in control of my life and myself. It is well-produced, and the narrators are easy to listen to. I would highly recommend it!

I do love audiobook bundles. They are such good value for money and in this case is loaded with bonuses! Miriam focuses on 3 main forms of Therapy. ACT, CBT and DBT. These are all incredible forms of therapy that will help you improve your personal and professional relationships, show you how your behaviour and emotions are influenced by your thoughts and learn skills like emotional regulation. All 11 hours plus hours are equally as valuable and really give you a well-rounded approach to improving your mental health, self-worth and confidence. The chapters on Combating stress at work, The behavioural element of CBT and Confronting your fears were some of my favourites and really spoke to me. The 6 bonuses are the icing on the cake. This book really helped me understand ACT, CBT and DBT and implement the techniques in my life. Every chapter has so many useful tips and exercises that helped my calm my mind and put my problems into perspective. I couldn't even try them all there was so many! But the ones I did try were really good, and the rest sounded helpful as well.

I’ve heard about ACT, CBT, and DBT before, but this is the first time I’ve come across a resource that brings them altogether in an easy to understand method. The way each therapy was explained made the concepts easy to grasp, even the more advanced stuff. I appreciated how the audiobook didn’t just explain things, but actually gave tons of useful exercises I could apply right away. A few of the techniques, especially in the ACT and DBT sections, really helps to shift the way stress and emotions are managed. I liked that it acknowledged setbacks and offered realistic strategies for things like anxiety, negative thinking, or emotional overwhelm. It’s a solid resource for anyone looking to build better mental health habits without feeling overwhelmed.

Years of anxiety issues have kept me home, so I needed practical tools. This audiobook has provided a lot of those tools! I listen before falling asleep and practice the breathing techniques daily. The mindfulness exercises helped me catch anxious thoughts before they spiral. I've used the emotion regulation strategies during three separate crises already. My therapist was impressed when I explained the grounding technique I learned. I've got a lot to work on, but it doesn't seem hopeless anymore

I’ve started using a few exercises daily and feel more balanced overall. Great for self-work at your own pace. I picked this up because I wanted practical ways to deal with stress and negative thinking, and it delivered.
