This Quick-Start Property Investing Guide has been developed alongside Wise Owl Property and their property investment training courses and is aimed to give the listener an overview of the property investment industry in simple, easy to follow, bite size lessons without any unnecessary expanded content.
The Quick-Start Property Investing Guide has been conveniently split into nine simple lessons, each of which covers a different aspect of property investment or property investing.
As with everything that David and WOPT do they are completely transparent and this book is no different. It absolutely does promote their property investment courses and the property investment company In general, however, this is for the benefit of the reader as a great deal of what David and WOPT do is completely free and couple that with their honest, straight talking, no-nonsense approach that does not include any hype or dream selling you know that there is no hidden agenda.

Short and Sweet but still useful
I have read both of Davids books, this one is a great introduction and I would highly recommend it, especially if you're a complete novice, however his other book, although much longer is the one to get. both are witty and easy to understand.

Decent
Not as good as his other book, although its very easy to digest and it does cover most of the basics so still a great little book. i listened to it after the 123 on property investing which is much more comprehensive.
if you do buy both, id suggest doing this one first.

I prefer this one
I know other reviewers cite that the longer ‘123’ book is better and I agree its certainly packed full of info, but I actually preferred this one, I have listened to it a few times now since its short but still has lots of info. His other book is still V-Good but there are some things to me (personally) that just aren’t relevant, this one is exactly what I needed.

Clear and concise. Excellent
Another great book from David Tarn.
I really enjoy his down to earth no nonsense approach.
The slightly humorous but not over done style makes it easy to listen to.
There are also many really great tips to help me get started
