Good, Sound advice
Good advice for successful weight control, gives you the tools and methods to plan your weight loss, Jim emphasises that there is no quick, miracle way to lose weight and maintain it without planning and commitment, follow his advice and you will achieve your goals

Yet Another Superb Read.
I cannot get enough of James’s books. I just want more more more of the superb information he shares. Great information and always with an enticing personal story to add a level intrigue. I can’t put my finger on exactly why this, and all his other books are so addictive to read but suffice to say I am a huge fan. What he says works as I have followed his advice for the last two years and I am the fittest and leanest I have ever been. Can’t recommend this, and his other books highly enough.

SUPERB!
I love this audiobook. In it, you will listen to James's own personal experience and how he achieved a great physique. The recommendations for what you eat and how you should exercise have helped me lose 10lbs!

Another great book from Jim
I read this after his book on fitness motivation which I loved. This diet book really expands on the nutrition side of things. What I love about Jim’s books are he uses helpful anecdotes but gets to the point and fast, no fluff. It’s useful, informative, practical and positive. Thanks Jim, loved it and has helped me hone my journey to fitness and health.
