Summary

The time is right to learn what really happened on 9/11.

The time is right to unearth what has been deliberately withheld from the public.

Nearly 20 years ago, on 11 September 2001, four passenger aircraft were hijacked and flown into the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon near Washington and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Nearly 3,000 people were killed. The narrative in the weeks and months that followed seemed straightforward: the attacks had been masterminded by al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, an embittered terrorist with an abiding hatred of the West. But, as the 20-year anniversary approaches, that neat explanation still fails to answer some important questions surrounding that fateful day.

How did World Trade Center Building, 7-100 yards from the Twin Towers - collapse so quickly and symmetrically when it had not been hit?

How could two rogue aircraft bring down three towers?

Did the US government help orchestrate the attacks as an 'inside job'?

9/11: The Conspiracy Theories seeks the truth - not only of what we do know about 9/11 but also what has been intentionally hidden from us. Researching these stories with the help of strong first-person reporting and an in-depth examination of documentation released under freedom-of-information protocols, this book sheds new light on one of history's most tragic and troubling episodes, which shattered for ever the myth of America as a country immune to international terrorism.

Interesting and NOT sensationalised - recommended.

I enjoyed this title very much. It touches on many of the conspiracy theories around 9/11, but is delivered in a sensitive and considered way.

It is not sensationalised at all and it covers many of the discovered facts and un-redacted material available presenting it in a way that allows the reader/listener to consider it themselves. Recomended.

essential 9/11 information

Released in tune to see the 20th anniversary, this book covers many aspects of the 9/11 story. clear and textual, supported with evidence. the question remains whether the cover up will ever be exposed to the public.

conspiracy???

I obviously was completely mislead in to thinking there would be some details of some conspiracy or many of around the twin towers disaster. but apparently I would be very wrong. this is more of a in depth report of the public perception. and boring at that.

Very enjoyable and accessible.

Thoroughly enjoyed this telling of the story. The actual recordings of the air traffic control is both powerful and upsetting. Worth it for that section alone.

Makes you wonder !

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but this book really makes me wonder if the official story is completely correct.
It seems that too many clues as to what was to happen on September 11, were missed intentionally in order to protect hidden interests.

Don't let the title put you off

I really liked this book and how the author didn't disrespect all the victims. Rather he went through what is known and all the conspiracy surrounding the 9/11. I also agree with the author in that there was no involvement in the planning of this. Rather the CIA pushing out the FBI as they wanted control but had no right to it as it's the FBI job. So many FBI unit's throughout America reported on several different instances of the suspicious behaviour of all of the terrorists.

GOOD PRESENTATION/NARRATION

Excellent Book Focussing on factual accounts and providing "Live" recordings. This is Truly a terrible point in history and repercussions of it's aftermath a deverstatiomal events of Western Civilization. One can only hope that the families of victims find peace they deserve.

All facts, very little theory.

A sensible logical and calmly presented assessment of a messy disaster with clear insight into the many ducking and weaving to protect their own interests at any cost.

Okay, but nothing new

A summary of the known conspiracies regarding 9/11 with a lot of fluff and over expanded sections for no real reason.

Narration is ok, you get used to the voice quickly. The inclusion of actual recordings when applicable is a nice touch.

very interesting

I was surprised that I listened to the whole book. I thought I would either be frustrated by some of the conspiracy theories that I heard before, however, there were some that I hadn't heard before and I could see possible links. Worth a listen if you have an interest.
