I got this audiobook via a promo code and this is my voluntary review.
I am convinced my brother has a hoarding disorder, and after having him live with me for about 8 months, we are slowly being buried under a chaotic mountain of junk. It has to stop, it has to go. I was seeking something to help motivate me into tackling the mess. All in all, it was a very good book - well written and very informative, full of vital information and tips. There's not anything new that couldn't be found on a dozen blogs, but it is nicely presented all in one place. For beginning or aspiring minimalists and those who want to destress their lives.
Narration by Amy Gravlee is very well done.
