Decent but long winded at times
Good story and enjoyed the depth but the narrator was a touch slow and made it feel long winded and somewhat depleted the actual intensity of the story

A must read for sci fi fans
This is a great novel. From the first sentence a highly intelligent, captivating and beautifully told story. Every character was enthralling and fascinating as was their internal world. I am left wanting the story to go on.

Intriguing
Five stars for being brave enough to admit that the source material comes from the Bible. Brilliant story; I really enjoyed listening to it. How about playing with the idea that the book of Genesis states that Adam was told that if he ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and bad that he would die? Play with the concept please, Mr Cawdron … Kerry

a traditional & interesting sci-fi novel
I enjoyed the setting, the characters and the hinted biblical connection. slightly rushed towards the end perhaps, but overall a great story. I think on reflection I would have preferred reading it to listening to it.
