Summary
Do you struggle with completing projects or specific tasks? We'd all like to get things done and become more productive. But what often happens is we put off important tasks and let them slip through the cracks. The end result? We get overwhelmed by the amount of things to do. In other words, "procrastination" causes you to feel stressed when you're not completing tasks in a systematic manner.
The solution is simple: Develop an "anti-procrastination mindset" where you take action on a daily basis and NEVER get overwhelmed by your to-do list.

Waste of time, waste of money!!!
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
A child.
What could S. J. Scott have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Got a proper writer to write it.
Who might you have cast as narrator instead of Matt Stone?
Narrator was fine. It was the book that was the problem.
Any additional comments?
Rubbish! All these so called habits were so obvious and so so available everywhere for free. Hate having my money wasted by rubbish like this. Not happy!

some good tips to take away from this book
some useful points made about priorotising and tackling important tasks. So maybe jump straight to chaoter 21. Unfortunately I found the narration intense and monotonous.

Shockingly unoriginal
The entirety of this book is simply a list of material created by others: David Allen, Merlin Mann, The Pomodoro Technique, etc. It's ok as a quick overview of all the most popular techniques, but without the substance provided by these other authors in their original books. The narrator isn't so great either.

What a load of nonsense!
What would have made 23 Anti-Procrastination Habits better?
If it was in the bin!
Any additional comments?
Sorry but this is nonsense. Its the sort of stuff that is totally free with one google search. It appears to have been written by someone who really struggles with basic english. I found this a total wast elf my time and money...the time being the most annoying bit, was saving time was why i got this book int he first place! Nonsense book.

Too much Too fast!
Where does 23 Anti-Procrastination Habits rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It was like trying to get a drink out of a fire hydrant. Good material, but like a down pour on dry parched ground, it comes at you too fast to soak in
What was most disappointing about S. J. Scott’s story?
I much prefer the more realistic pace of "Unstuff Your Life" by Andrew Mellen. It would be like trying to take my granddaughter (who can't decide which candy bar to buy at the gas station) to the buffet bar on a cruise ship. She would still be standing there next year.
What does Matt Stone bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Appropriate narrator.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from 23 Anti-Procrastination Habits?
Limiting your time using a timer for difficult tasks

Great Vaule
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book to a friend. The information contained in this book is both practical and effective.
Any additional comments?
This book has great value and is well worth the price. I have applied some of the Anti-procrastination habits from the book and have pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of these simple changes in my life. I have been able to stay focused on projects that I had. My projects were completed in half the time not to mention completed at all. I have become more organized and effictive in the areas that I have used the Anti-procrastination habits. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, especially to anyone who feels overwhelmed and un-productive. I will use this information for the rest of my life….

A condensed summary from all the great authors
This a a great book with excellent narration.
Advice: Read one or two habits at a time and implement it before going to rest of the habits.
I would prefer also getting a kindle or a physical version to keep things in front of the eyes.

This is a 'Listen again immediately' book
While many book are good, some are great, and some you have start again immediately with a pen in hand.
This is one of those.
Excuse me, I'm about to start it again right now.

Very good audio book
I enjoyed the audio book very much. It contained several new ideas for me to implement right away. The book also provided a good kick in the rear for me to take action on several fronts! I recommend the book to anyone that has a lot going on in life, wants to be more efficient, and to accomplish much more.

Everyone needs a little motivation and guidance
I listen to this and others before I go to work. It has really helped me to stay on track. I was adopted as a child and left home when I was fifteen so I developed bad habits along the way. So I am 40 now and continue to learn how to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Thanks for the Advice

Helpful, relevant, useful ideas
The book is easy to listen to and has so many great thoughts that I downloaded the PDF the author includes.
I started putting the methods and ideas to use before I even finished the book.
I am especially grateful for the accompanying study materials.

Good information
As always the true value in good information is putting it into practice. One of the limitations of an audiobook is that you're generally doing other things while listening to it so for me since I'm working or driving while listening I can't take notes and make a plan to then follow.however I'm a firm believer in repeated listening. For me that helps get the thoughts firmly implanted. But there's nothing like action to cement a new habit. This is something that I will listen to regularly and when I can get past procrastinating I'll sit down and write notes and make a plan!
