Great what if 'superhero' story
“22:22:22” is a captivating listen, brilliantly narrated by Mark Rice-Oxley. It’s a pleasure to hear and a standout addition to Adam Eccles’ engaging works. Highly recommended for its thrilling narrative and exceptional storytelling!

Great ideas for a story
I started listening to this book and was a bit unsure for the first 5 minutes. After that I couldn't stop listening, I've read many sci fi stories and the ideas behind this are quite new and very interesting. Also, as a side note, Adam Eccles does a podcast called middle raged which I enjoy as well. Great read and hopefully it will be a series of books going forward.

Really good, but...
Really good, but the ending had so much potential to be a cliffhanger, instead it wraps up. Disappointed there isn't a sequel or series. Would have been a great idea!

A wonderful read though felt more like a short story
Great premise. A very enjoyable read. However the final scene felt hurried. The book ended just a bit too abruptly with an underwhelming resolution to the story arc. I very much enjoyed it though felt the book lacked any concluding narrative from our protagonist or any main supporting character.
Bottom line - Whilst the ending has scope for improvement, its a great read. Perhaps this will all be fleshed out more in a future Toby Steele book.

Very enjoyable
This is the 3 book I’ve listened to by the author. I’ll certainly be listening to any future ones too. Hopefully this one might even be the start of a series

I've been waiting for this book!
I listened to System Restored and Need a Little Time both written by Adam Eccles and narrated by Mark Rice-Oxley. It's so hard to find Really good Time Travel books out there and those two books were brilliant! I loved them so much I actually looked up the narrator and emailed him to say how much I loved them and to ask when the next one would be out. 22:22:22 didn't disappoint me. Turns out Mark Rice-Oxley is an actor and it shows. He takes you on a journey and you end up liking the main character so much it feels like you're old friends. I wish Adam Eccles would keep doing these books and Mark would keep narrating them. I'm going to have to listen to them again. I highly HIGHLY recommend this book and System Restored and Need a Little Time and anything narrated by Mr. Rice-Oxley.

Loved it!
This is my third Adam Eccles book and not disappointed! I love this genre of books even though I really dislike sci-fi as a whole! This has so many elements which make it an hugely enjoyable listen; mystery, suspense, romantic interest, humor and emotion. A great story and well worth a listen - can’t wait for the fourth Eccles book!

A wasted opportunity.
Great premise. Wasted on a boring story and terrible narration. Making a super spy to have him break into houses and seduce women? How much worse can it get? The only thing more horrendous was the narration. HORRENDOUS! Initially I thought it was a joke. This was a real fight to get through. Hope this narrator doesn’t get to do another book. Can’t even read straight, just rattled through in the most boring way. I want my time (and credit) back!
