Great practical advices

While working to achieve your set goals, there will be several people who put negativity before you. They might not have the intention to deliberately distract you from your goal. They may mean well. Sometimes, to them, they are trying to help you do the right thing which for them is to save you from the potential outcome of wasted efforts. As a result, they try to provide you with so called, good advice. At such a time, you need to be determined. You know your goals. You set them. You are the one, who has the goal and the vision. You know what you are aiming for and these people do not. For this reason, you need to remain focused on your goal. Pursue after them earnestly. It will do you much good in the long run if you refuse to listen to people’s negativity. Stick with your dreams and aspirations. Simply decide to be deaf to every form of negativity. Remain positive and stay focused.

We usually spend a lot of time with our friends. For this reason, people have the tendency to select their friends based on their mutual likeness. This is often the case especially in close relationships. This is because likes tend to attract its kind.

In life, you may have some people around you who will not make light of your ambitions and instead try to belittle them. This is an attribute of small people. They always see difficulties in every situation. Great people will always make you feel that you too can thrive to be great, too. This is how you know a good friend.

Benefits of Being a Night Owl

There is a close connection between intelligence and adaptive behaviour that digress from our usual inherited traits and behaviours. The study claimed that children who are more intelligent will most likely grow up to be night-time adults who most times, go to bed very late and wake up late during the week and weekends. Although night owls have the tendency to possess very high IQs, early morning risers have much better chances at success. This is because most of the success activities involving people, take place during the day so there are better success in networking chances during the day than during the night time. For example, if you need to make a business call, you can only do it during the day and not at night. PRACTICAL guidance for building habits!

Self-care is very important in maintaining balance in one’s physical health and wellness. Let us face it, without adequate self-care, your intra and interpersonal relationships will suffer. It is a known fact that many people especially when they become parents, divert all the care to their children leaving no self-care privileges for themselves. Some ladies, before childbirth are ravishingly beautiful. They regularly work out and visit the gym. But, the moment the kids start coming, they lose their grip on themselves and begin to look several years older.

Make every day determine your future

It might surprise you to know that what many call “laziness” could simply be “wise time management.” Simply put, this is a deliberate refusal to engage in unproductive tasks. Which do you consider more useful? Going about, getting involved in a variety of unproductive activities or staying put to only certain tasks you consider productive? In other words, being lazy is not altogether defined as having to do nothing. In this context, it means you find easier ways of doing things and achieving quality results without having to work too hard. However, hard work is not a guarantee for success. But the lack of it is definitely a guarantee for failure. The combination of hard work and smart work ethics give us better chances to succeed than hard work alone. It is all about accomplishing the right things that will ultimately bring about success. There are twenty four hours in one day. While some people are able to accomplish several things daily, many find it difficult to complete even just a simple job. With this trend, your day could end up with you feeling unfulfilled or miserable. It all depends on how you work your day out. Your day should start by setting goals you want to achieve. Then as your day ends, perform a self-evaluation on how your day went. Your assessment should be inclined with the goals you have set when you started your day.

Truth!

This truly amazing and fascinating course can be said to be totally enjoyable and value for money. The lectures were engaging, comprehensive, informative and very enjoyable. This excellent course totally exceeded my expectations and was positively thought provoking. I am sure that I will use these valuable newfound life skills many times in the future in order to enhance my life and accomplish many lifetime goals.

Throw away all your Personal Development books, but keep this one!

I really enjoyed this training. Many things I knew from my profession and life experiences. But, am always open to learning and learned new things or different ways to think about or look at things.
