Teece Reeder has been in love with the written word since childhood. She began writing poetry as a child and from that blossomed a yearning to write novels. Previously she wrote under the name, "Teresa Hardister". Born and raised in North Carolina, she is proud of her country living and deep Southern roots. Her influences came from Hemingway, Sara Teasdale, Poe, Alfred Lord Tennyson and Robert Burns. Spending time with her hands in the soil is where you will find her as she often connects with nature and her passion for plants and gardening. A mother to two adults sons, she names them as her greatest accomplishments in life. She still resides in a small, North Carolina town with her husband and her pups.
