My name is Kimberly Young. I am 56 years old, and that experience has shaped much of my life.
I was big, out of place, lonely, incapable, and a long way from feeling feminine and sexy for 25 years.
Then a severe heart attack opened my eyes.
Since then, I have devoted my body and soul to everything related to psychological and physical well-being: I’ve read, authored books, attended courses, and conducted research, but most importantly, I've tested and experimented on my own skin.
