This was gritty, full if secrets, suspense, Mob, Mafia and Bratva wars, arranged marriage and very spicy.
I really loved both of the characters but Isabella was so strong and innocent. I loved how she was open and eager to learn and try anything. But she still had strength to stand up for herself true Queen in the making. Kieran, king of the Irish Mob needs an heir and Isabella's dad needs the funds. There is a large age gap of 19 years.
Kieran won't love again after losing his love of his life but is enjoying this new relationship with Isabella even though he keeps fighting it.
I cried for Bella when he told her he won't and doesn't love her.
Bellas life is in danger and gosh the ordeal she experiences 💔. Will Kieran realise his mistake and save his love in time?
Witty banter, romantic, found family, gore, action drama and love. Can't wait for rest of the series.

There is angst, drama , and such spice .
