She suspects it's the work of her nemesis, Mistress Laveen. Although business is affected by the bad reviews, she also ends up getting some of her weirdest clients yet, who yearn to be treated every bit as poorly as the troll reviews suggest.

What an entertaining series

We’ll acted with a great cast, funny but with pathos. Hope there’s another series to come.
