The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets
Where to start with such an inspirational book?!
I don't normally read books so on audio it's fantastic. To start with hearing some real people's success and they were real broke people wanting a successful business and being able to do strategies that Rob and Mark have given us in this 'new bible' ( sorry but that's what it's like to me )
I personally have lost money in property and now I now how to not do that again !!
I love this book ( on audio) this is going to help my path and way forward to get to my goals .

Great book to get one started on property
Loved it, well written and well narrated. Good structure as well for reference purposes. Certainly motivational and a great read to get one started on their property investment journey.

Great book for beginners
I think the book overall has great information however it can be quite repetitive in places and at the end of the book recommends you buy the physical copy of it as well. I found the voice over hard to listen and you may want to listen to it at a slightly faster speed.

Excellent narrator
Really enjoyed this, the narrator was excellent, although the book does repeat itself so many times it did get a bit redundant. Overall lots of great information.
