Summary

Jules Romains wrote his drama, Dr. Knock or the Triumph of Medicine in 1923. Robert Morley plays the shrewd doctor who buys a sleepy practice in the remote village of St.-Maurice from honest Dr. Parpalaid. The revenues are small, but there is a canny way to make medicine pay!

"Theatre Royale" was a gorundbreaking series first broadcast in 1953 by the BBC and son after was taken up by American newtorks. It was the only radio series to star Laurence Olivier in many episodes.
