New investment opportunity!
Wow I never thought Airbnb could be a way to create serious passive income. I thoroughly enjoy listening to this book and learning about the new investment opportunity. As someone who never buys a house before, I wish the author went into more detail of buying a property and doing HELOC. Otherwise, I really like the idea of having vacation home as well as using it to generate income!

Very informative
My son has been thinking about wanting to invest in real estate and all things related. I was not sure if this was the best investment idea so I decided to do some research myself.
I got several books on this type of investment and I must say this book has been so helpful as it break down everything into easy to understand and digest for beginners.
I feel like I know a lot more about what my son needs to think about and research and follow the advice and tips from this author along the way.
Great book if you ate thinking about investment and making money!

Very usefull book
This is a great guide how to invest in the most lucrative beach locations, good even for complete beginners. I loved that this book is full of practical tips. Tips on high ROI, trusted Airbnb strategy, autopilot earnings - you will find everything inside.

A Helpful Step by Step Guide!
The audiobook gives a step-by-step guide on making a passive income with Airbnbs, and this is actually what I have been thinking of as an investment. It provides insight into getting the right location, the needed cleaning services that I have been wondering how to go about—a constructive step-by-step guide.

Great way to make extra income
This is a great book that focuses on renting out your house to customers. The real outline of this book comes from the investment itself that focuses on short-term vacation rentals and how you can retire early while getting passive income. A great book.

Perfect AirBnB investing book
I'm so excited about this book. I have been dying to get into the AirBnB business and just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I just have so much to learn and it has seemed so overwhelming. But this gave me everything I needed to get started so I'm ready now! Highly recommend.
