Veils Trilogy

After three tours of duty, and serving the last four years overseas, Griffin Strong is looking forward to finally returning home and living out his life without bombings and bloodshed. After a 300-mile drive home, a quick trip through the car wash ends in another reality. An eerie, fog-covered reality where he is all alone…or so he thought. With no electricity, cars that don’t function, and guns that won’t fire, Griff has to find protection for himself, but protection against what exactly? What the hell even happened?

Griffin and Natalia are still surviving one veil at a time, living life not knowing when another one might make an appearance, or where it may take them. Mountains, desert, summer or winter — there’s no way to prepare, they just take what’s thrown at them. Through it all their love continues to grow, and it’s more than just because of circumstance. They’ve grown to rely on each other. Depend on one another. But they shouldn’t get too comfortable....

Now married, Griffin and Nat couldn’t be happier to have shared the moment with their friends, but the honeymoon period won’t last long. Still plagued with the veils and acid rains, they’re just trying to do what they do best - survive. However, things seem to be changing, improving. With each event, it seems they're getting closer to their original eras. The only problem is, if their theories are correct, at some point they will have to let each other go to return to their own year where it all began.
