Ruben was hired in July and didn't realize how bad things were until he'd taken the job. Now he's going all-in on a "Save the CCC" fundraiser and says if the storied, 30-year-old nonprofit doesn't raise $349,000 by the end of the year (and $115,000 by Oct 1st), they will be forced to shut their doors.
