The Chosen Baby book has been a staple in the world of adoption for decades. It was written by Valentina Wasson and originally published in 1939 then updated and republished several times since. We examine the narratives presented in this book regarding adoption, discuss our views on it from our perspective as adoptees, and Jamie also shares how it is relevant to her personal adoption journey.
