Fantastic start
I feel that the first few chapters were extremely helpful but after the chapter explaining active listening and how to give proper compliments I think the direction of the book kind of lost its way, but there are a lot of helpful things in the beginning chapters I will take away from this so if you are having trouble leading or starting conversations I would recommend having a listen

title and description misleading
the book is s self help book about how to improve social skills but nothing about being witty or general banter. it is misleading so i had to listen for hours which was a complete waste of time. Should be retitled as then would get the right audience
