very helpful, great suggestions, practical
narration was easy to understand and pleasant to hear. recommendations and pointers were practical and reasonable. the story sheds light on both the parent and child's emotions and explains why this works and that may not. I will be listening to it again as a refresher. I highly recommend this book to all parents and people in childcare industry.

Amazing book!
Great book! I haven’t put it down since I got it. The advice in this book is priceless. I’ve had a rough time getting my twins to express their selves and not act out. The tips I have gotten from this book are already working and it’s not even a week since I got it.

The stories and examples and reactions of those parents made the book for me. This is honestly the most helpful parenting book I've listened, and the techniques work with my daughter. It is heaven sent!
