Summary

Time management is perhaps something every person should learn about in greatest detail. This is because time is the only commodity in your life that you cannot regain once it is lost. Time is what makes your life, and if and when you realize that, with every minute that passes, you are closer to your death, you will never ever want to see a moment lost.

Many people complain that they don’t have enough time in the day to do everything they need to get done. Remember, though, that you have the same amount of time given to people like Albert Einstein, Nicholas Tesla, and JK Rowling. It’s how you manage it that counts!

All projects, especially those which are more complex in nature, require prioritization, but this is much easier said than done. The thing about large projects is that the workload can tend to overwhelm, leading to greater procrastination instead of focus. When you start feeling that you have too much on your plate, you will lose interest and find it challenging to keep your work momentum.

If you want to finally become more productive and squeeze the most out of your time on a daily basis, so you can spend more time doing the things you love the most, then make sure to get your copy today!

ever best book for time management

Lots of great recommendations. I especially liked the idea of rotating support dutues with other sysadmins to separate time between dedicated user support & maintenance and project work. I got this portable whiteboard sign for my team to help implement the idea. This is an amazing book. The writing style is laid back and the topics are easily digestible. There's plenty in this book to take action on immediately, and there are already some big things I've implemented, like moving my office!

One of the best books on time management!!

Many people complain that they don’t have enough time in the day to do everything they need to get done. Remember, though, that you have the same amount of time given to people like Albert Einstein, Nicholas Tesla, and JK Rowling. It’s how you manage it that counts! I learned so much from this book. I listened this book in one go and I have started applying the techniques mentioned in this audio book right away.

This book is a treasure!

This book is a must have for anyone who works in IT or as a developer. It has saved me time and time again when it comes to making sure all my work is getting done. I usually think of self help books as touchy-feely nonsense read by weak-minded individuals who can't think for themselves. This is still my opinion and that probably won't change. The great thing about this book is that it doesn't read like a self help book or some master plan to happiness. There's no chapter on meditation or talking about your feelings

Exellent book.

I attended an eponymous presentation given by the author. Tom is a good presenter and a good writer and the sort of smart-but-easy-going guy you would want to work with. The whole idea of "time management" is especially important for systems administrators, who tend to juggle a lot of things at once while also handling user interruptions, and reporting to diffuse layers of management. Really helpful book

Very practical advice, but the examples helped me to see what it looks like to carry it out and the results I'd like to achieve. More than step by step - this book has worksheets you can use if you need things written down, checklists you might not consider as important, etc. They all help to create a new idea of how to organize your day....leading to a calmer and more organized life. The constant meetings and quality issues made it impossible to feel in track, this book has been eye opening and I'm starting to see the results, highly recommended.

It give you easy and straight forward activities that can improve your time management skill. The author did not try to use big words or have complex ideas to try to confuse his audience, or make it seem like he is smart. I enjoy this book and I would recommend it to a friend.
