Summary

Third in the modern-classic and best-selling bookwandering series that celebrates all that is best in life: books, adventure, friendship – and cake.

Strange things are happening. A man comes into Pages & Co looking for a book...then suddenly can’t remember it. Tilly and her family feel like the world is changing – but can’t quite put their finger on why.

Meanwhile, the Underwoods are expanding their control over bookwandering – and they still have their sights set on Tilly. Leaving the safety of the bookshop, Tilly heads to America to find the legendary Archivists and save bookwandering....or at least, that’s the plan.

Wandering in layers of story, Tilly and her friend Oskar come up against dangers they could never have expected, team up with an unexpectedly familiar face and ultimately find themselves taking on the biggest threat to stories there has ever been – with only their courage and ingenuity to help them. As well as some of their dearest fictional friends....

liked this 🙂

The story was not as good as the first two, however I still enjoyed it and will be continuing with the series when they are released. The narrator was very good though. Still enjoyed it! 🙂

Magical!

I was lucky enough to recieve an advanced reader's copy from the lovely people at Harpercollins, because if I had to wait a day longer I think I would have tried to attempt book wandering to try and go from the end pages of book 2 into the beginning of this book!

I have been a big fan of Anna's Pages and Co. series even since I read the first chapter of 'Tilly and the Book Wanderers, so my expectations were through the roof for this new adventure. Oh my books did it not disappoint! The adventure had me engaged from page 1 all the way up until the last page (I even read the author's note which I never do! By the way is definitely worth reading as gives you a little extra). Not only does the adventure keep you guessing and on your toes wanting to know what happens next, but Anna's writing pulls you into the story even more (just like the first 2) as if you were book wandering yourself. Magical and enchanting and well you get to meet Alice from Wonderland and more....who could not love that! Do not worry that is not a spoiler....you only know the names...not the grant adventure they are a part of.

All I can say to finish this review is that even though I have yet to find anything saying that this is the last book, I truely hope it is not. I hope that I can travel into Tilly's world in the near future again, and that anyone who is reading this and has been considering reading the book....what are you waiting for!

For fans of: Starfell, Nevermoor and any middle grade fantasy, fiction or literature books..... in essence this book is for anyone who loves books!

Pure story

This story is practically amazing! I really would like to be in Tilly’s shoes. As a child I have often wondered how it would be like to be able to wander into those stories I have read and now this a dream come true!
