Very interesting listen and very easy

This was a great Introduction to CBT and how it can be used in many situations. It is engaging and interesting and the narrator lays things out clearly in a way that is accessible to beginners.

look at the dates

The majority of positive reviews were posted in a 2 day time frame. I have read multiple books on CBT, ACT, and DBT. This reads like a research paper without making any of the ideas accessible. This book incorrectly explains BPD and uses odd phrasing like " finish their lives" (suicide). Some sentences just stop without finishing. clients are called customers. It's just weird. if you want to work with any of these therapies, find something else.
