I wish I was made to memorize this as a child
These are the clearest answers to the most basic questions of our faith that every Christian should know, and yet so many sadly still remain ignorant of. The first two introductory essays are very convicting in regard to the importance Catechisms and add much to overall message of this audio book.

Highly Recommend
Sinclair Ferguson is such a treasure to the body of Christ.....His church. His rich Scottish brogue lends itself well to the reading of the 107 questions and answers of the Westminster Shorter Catechism.

Great for daily listening
I have a one hour drive to work, and listening to the reading of the catechism is a way to help me focus my thinking Biblically and to help me memorize the catechism. I was pointed to the catechism by listening to (and reading) Expository Apologetics by Voddie Baucham Jr. Baucham proposes that because truth and heresies have been addressed throughout church history by catechisms, confessions, and creeds, what we need to know to engage in biblical apologetics are catechisms, confessions, and creeds. They are readily available online with biblical proofs; therefore, we can engage in discussion and point people to the documents online that link to the biblical proofs.

Beautiful
I did not grow up in the Reform tradition. Only in recent years have I been exposed to and have embraced the doctrines of Grace. Having this audio version of the book will surely enhance my bible reading and understanding of the beautiful doctrines found in the Scriptures. Sola Scripture!
