Absolutely dreadful a complete con

This should only be a book not an audio book, the reader is dreadful and there is absolutely no information about body building in this book whatsoever

If you enjoy recitation of a dictionary...

Narration of calendars? Really? Some books, like a calendar, a dictionary, and this book, are ridiculous when narrated.

Would you ever listen to anything by Joseph Correa again?

No.

Great book

As a wife of a bodybuilder and owner of a gym, I know all too well the importance of nutrition in muscle growth and the discipline that comes with it. On that note, I liked that a calendar for training was provided in addition to the workout and stretch out routines. The book includes delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert recipes with muscle shake recipes. The recipes include a detailed number of calories, fats, sugar, iron, sodium, fiber, and protein so nothing is left out to chances. Will recommend!

POWERFUL PROGRAM!

This book is for bodybuilders who want a reliable training regimen to help them stay committed to their fitness objectives. According to your starting point, the author offers two variations of each of the training schedules that are simple to follow, as well as nutritional advice that will support and enhance your training for the best outcomes.

This book will demonstrate a systematic method for gaining muscle through efficient exercises without the use of steroids or other supplements. I believe that building a body should be done naturally, without the use of chemical supplements, as these might have serious, long-lasting side effects.

Recipes for Your Muscles!

The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that this book definitely could use some print back up. The information is essential and valuable, however, recipes in spoken form are so much more difficult than in written form. You'll get a suggested calendar for what muscle groups to work out and when, but you'll also get how to eat for muscle building which is significantly different than how most people should normally eat. I highly recommend this book, with the exception, that you'll need to be taking a lot of notes to get it's full value.

guidance for body builders

This book will show you an organized plan for building muscles by effective exercises without using steroids or supplements.

i think body should be build by natural means and hard work without artificial pills because they are dangerous for life and their side effects are severe and long lasting.
