Summary

A comprehensive look into eliminating tinnitus for good! Tinnitus is the name for a persistent ringing in one or both ears. It is not a disease in and of itself, but a particular symptom that could have multiple causes. It is characterized by a persistent high-pitched noise which doesn't correspond to an external sound. Tinnitus can be an annoying symptom to experience. If you're experiencing tinnitus, you are not alone. At least one in five adults between the ages of 55 and 65 experience tinnitus symptoms. Because tinnitus is experienced differently by everyone who has it as a symptom, it can be difficult to test or diagnose in an objective manner. In a medical setting, symptoms are often characterized on a scale of slight to catastrophic. Most people seem to fall into the category of slight, meaning a ringing that causes some discomfort and annoyance.

Here is a preview of what you'll learn:

  • What is tinnitus?
  • Create positive lifestyle choices
  • Stay away from noise
  • A healthy diet
  • Managing stress
  • Alternative medicine
  • Tinnitus retraining therapy
  • Much, much more!

Good as it highlighted possible treatment paths

I found this book useful as it has highlighted potential causes of tinnitus and some possible treatment paths for me to pursue. The only downside is the book was a little short. A couple of case studies could have helped to further indicate any success patients have had with the various treatments highlighted in this book. Overall I would recommend this book as a start point for people suffering from tinnitus.

This book is useless

Omg! This book is so bad! At one point he suggests doing an Internet search or getting a book on the subject. it would be funny if it weren't for taking advantage of sick people looking for solutions.

A lot of👂🏾 info in a short time

I just got what seems like tinnitus, in my left ear. Have not been to the doctor yet. I played this book on 1.7 times and it was a good way to get a lot of information about what tinnitus is and the full range of potential treatment for tinnitus. Even with taking notes on the important sections it took about an hour.

Everybody should follow up doing their own research about the treatments or therapies that you think may be relevant to you.

So far I’ve been using sound therapy. Apple has sound therapy built into the iPhone. Look for it on the accessibility. there’s also a tinnitus sound therapy app in the App Store.

So that’s where I am and what I have found helpful good luck.
