Eastern debutante meets hard working Western ways.

Thoroughly enjoyed this early west romance. Basically east meets west. A debutante brought up to be an ornament on the arm of her husband met with social disaster. She responds to a mail order bride ad in the hope of escaping social shunning and believing she has chosen a man who can keep her in the lap of luxury. it isn't long before she realises she has made a grave mistake. The story enjoyably takes you through her learning curve until she eventually finds a way to fit into her new environment. I loved listening to this. It pleasantly enrcEastern debutante meetsaptured my interest as I did mundane housework.
