Great

it's a brutal and compelling read. Definitely not for the faint hearted, with depravity, violence and gore although it's not gratuitous. A great exploration of what humans are capable of when pushed to breaking point. Will read more from this author.

One of the best books I’ve read in a long time

After being targeted by a bunch of racist things are going to a lake cabin Ryan and Alexa swear revenge for the death of their five-year-old daughter Lucia. Only to find out at the breaking in the leaders parents home that the parents neo-Nazis as well and there’s more people there than they bargained for. This book and the resolution to the problem with our original and so well thought out I loved it. I thought the narrator did a good job. I just wish they would have explained why the neo-Nazis were targeting them it wasn’t until the middle of the book I found out that Lucia and Alexa were Spanish. The narrator I thought did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves the underdog winning the day and the bad guys getting what they deserve. This book just proves when it all comes down to it we’re all monsters.
