Pretty Terrific

From fat to fit with some trued and truths, this author gives women struggling with meno-belly hope and purpose in health and fitness. With recipes and detailed shopping plans, this book includes a great PDF tool although you do have to go to a website to access it so a little frustrating there.

Yes, finally, a book for women dealing with peri-menopause and the weight gain and fluctuations that go with it! This guide is excellent; it is everything you need if you are going through peri-menopause and all the hormonal weight gain. So helpful

Hormones affect weight loss and gain and being in the peri menopause stage leaves a women’s body all over the place as it’s figuring itself out. But with this 27 day challenge to help you lose the weight and better understand what your body needs this will be the game changer you are looking for! I highly recommend using the recipes in the book to start until you are up for the adventure of creating your own recipes or searching for them!

Excellent info

I got this for my wife as she's trying to lose weight and going through the menopause. she enjoyed it very much ,and like the diet plan that's included in the book. she has actually lost a stone already, so if u want to lose weight, I'd recommend this book

Needs to be talked about more

Perimenopause weight gain and just perimenopause itself is definitely not talked about enough, leaving so many women confused. We run a weekly women's group and we will definitely be recommending this book! It's full of info and great tips on how to deal with hormonal weight gain and just help to feel so much better. Great book!
