Fantastic & Fulfilling! Need More!
Your characters are unique and true to themselves. Your world building is fascinating; and though it seems simple on the surface, it is shocking smooth because of these intricacies. What a wonderful combination! The underlying story propelles through each and every book in the series; all while giving well rounded entertainment with each in and of themselves. I am thankful for the proficient editing and picking a narrator who can handle multiple people (both male and female) without jarring one out of our immersion! I can't wait for your next book...

3.5 stars
I had a much harder time with this book than the previous ones in the series. For most of this book there was a feeling of “nothing matters, there are no consequences.” As a result, I would only listen for an hour or so each day instead of binging all the way through like I usually do. Only at the very end did my interest pick up again. And now I am looking forward to the next book.

Decent
I liked this story. It wasn’t as good as the last book, but it’s still solid in terms of direction. This book focuses on more people in the ascendant realm including Maria. I don’t care much for that character. This book did not feel complete and I wished it ended on a more interesting resolution. This happens a lot with web series adapted to novels.
