Clearly, I didn’t read the description or reviews. Lesson learned. I will buy the paperback. Thanks

Her voice

Her voice is kind of annoying. And she says “vulnerable “ like “vunerable”. Kind of wierd for a book dealing a lot with vulnerability issues.

NOT a full book

I disliked it was not clear that this is not a full book. Seems like purposeful deception.

Not a fan of religious abuse/ depending on a “higher power”…

I’m not a fan of needing a “higher power” to overcome issues. Religious abuse and brainwashing in self help is a big red flag for me. Not a fan of the cult like qualities of AA either. However a lot of the rest of the book has some good advice. Worthwhile for an hour of your time.

KNOWLEDGE IS VALUABLE

I really valued the insight she shared. Valuable for growth and self inter-spection. Must read.
