Sounds like a robot reading!

That voice made it an impossible book to finish! Rather read the book myself than having to put up with such monotonic torture!

Completely outdated

This person doesn’t have any qualifications to give advice to new and vulnerable mums. Her advice is outdated and are based on her life experience rather than credible studies and evidence based. Definitely not credible.

Narration is not engaging

Also it seems that the author is against breastfeeding. Needs more details on Tracy Hogg's method Pick Up Put Down.

Not enough discussion of babies as individuals

Somewhat helpful but too much emphasis on a single standard routine. Not enough discussion of babies as individuals and what to do if your baby doesn't work to the standard routine described in the book. Often lays the blame on parents if the routine doesn't work rather than discussing why some babies might need different routines.

easy to listen to!

Some reviews were negative but I enjoyed the speaker's style, it was easy to listen to. The book itself could have had more content and details but the it's worth the price point for sure.
