An excellent book - all round.
I really enjoyed this audiobook. In fact, so much I bought the book to go with it. I think it'll depend on your perspective, but I found this to be useful on so many levels. I don't always speak int he same settings as Mr Tracy, but one can easily transfer the suggested skills over to day to day life. A really good buy if you're someone with a passion and want to know how to deliver it well.
