relaxing sounds take you to the destination.
tried a new routine of relaxation in the evening. these sounds are really good, close your eyes and you are at the destinations. the sounds have depth and realistic to nature. doesnt sound 'fake' or looped.

Sleep much
I personally love these for sleeping, the waterfall one is too high pitched for me, but any of the others are good.

Make me need to pee
These are rubbish. Just noise. Give me birdsong, not white noise. Annoying not relaxing. Would rather give no stars but can't. Absolutely pants.

sea sounds
Great true sound in each chapter loud enough to stop the silence but not so loud it keeps you awake.
The poor reviews are simply because people haven't read the description, if you want birdsong or animal noises this isn't for you

soothing noises but too much wind
agree with the other reviews that several of them sound like white noise because the loudest part sounds like wind

Volume too low
I love to fall asleep to sounds like these, but unfortunately these were all just so low; meaning I had to turn my phone volume up nearly full (& therefore everything else on my phone was way too loud).
A star for the sounds, as they would've been nice to listen to, and another star for the length, but unfortunately I overall find these unusable.

Works for me!
I have been listening to the Cape Cod sounds for a week now and it has worked like a dream! Before I did this review I listened briefly to the others to get a sense of why they thought there was white noise. (may be do some research on what white noise actually is those who said that's what they heard?) All but the waterfall were quite quiet. If I listen to that I would turn down the volume which is logical? For me the quieter ones are then just audible and soothing. I thought personally that they all sounded great. I am reminding myself that we are all different here so we aren't all going to find something that works. I am going to try the others
as well and keep an open mind. Yes , you can find a lot of sleep aids on you tube but as I have audible anyway and they are free why not take advantage of the fact you can just settle down and click it on. So far then ***** for Cape Cod!

There's no performance....
But there's an effective roar of breakers rolling in from where winds far out at sea insert energy into the sea's surface levels by kicking up tumults of waves of varying sizes - which in the manner of waves everywhere continue until a shore is reached, in this case the one with microphones set to catch the resulting crashes and in so doing provide a take on what eternity might sound like, since the sea is never free of motion or of sound; there's never silence at the shorelines of land masses, whether tiny atolls or continents.
If anything is capable of reassurance that the tiny works of people are are nothing to the world, this will so reassure you, even though your troubles may seem many and frightening. This is a couple of hours of restoration and of healing. Whether you use it to sleep or to give a background of true peace is up to you.
For me, this better than sleeping tabs every day and all....

Depends on you
For me Cape Cod and the Rainforest work really well but the waterfall not so much. Really it depends on you and how you react to sounds that's why there's 4 of them to choose from.
