Even more that I realised I needed

There is so much to say but that would waste time so I won’t go deep as you need to spend less time reading this review and more time listening to Lisa!…she is that good! I would say completely transformative , not to mention Lisa voice is amazingly rich and soothing ! She provides an amazing relief in just listening alone!!! If you sleep is lacking you absolutely need this book and if not you probably still need it as sleep can never be too good! She provides all you need to defeat insomnia!! So go get it ! Final thought you must listen over and over as this guide must become a way of life to create sustainably improved sleep !!
