I enjoyed how the book offered real-life examples
This was an excellent read! I can see that the author-Lara poured her heart and soul into this book, and it debunks prevalent myths about how to become more disciplined. I learned a lot about getting unstuck and conquering procrastination, which has been a long-standing problem for me. I enjoyed how the book offered real-life examples of people who had achieved their goals and highlighted the characteristics that helped them succeed. It enables you to put what you've learned into practice in your own life.
