Truth and Wisdom!
I didn't realize how much of this I needed to hear as a young man until I went through a terrible breakup. Turns out that's the best thing that could've happened to me because that led me to this book.
I would not have been receptive, but it turns out that trauma helps to throw out just enough negativity to then better accommodate positivity.
I was a sad simp until I listened to this audiobook 3 times, and each time I felt an order of magnitude better and more motivated to make myself the center of my own attention.
Written in this book are the tools every Man needs in his arsenal to wake up and take control of his own life.
I bought the physical copy to keep on hand as a reminder of how far I've come and how much more mountain there is to climb.

Good listen to put things in perspective.
Sean does a good job laying out ways to harness non toxic masculinity in your life, wether you lost you way or are learning behaviors anew. The lessons here should be accessible to most listeners.

DO...THE....WORK!
I bought the Kindle version, then I bought the audio version, and now I am buying them as gifts for my friends.
Guide for every man!
Great work. Easy to listen to and brutally honest.
These are the things they don't teach you in school, the ideas radical feminists don't want you to know, the concepts PC culture is trying to suppress, the things most mothers couldn't articulate and most fathers couldn't verbalize.
It is time to wake up and become the person you are meant to be.

Fantastic book for men who feel lost and confused
Having navigated the outsides of the "keep happening to me?!" movement and the confusing dynamics of relationships and my frustrations surrounding getting them to work, possibly in my favor for a year or two, I came across this book by Sean Wayne.
Although I considered myself already semi-well-versed in the subject, Sean's book puts all of the information into a very straightforward manner that is easy to navigate and understand.
Be a better man for yourself, and this is how, so to speak.
If you only ever read or listen to one book on this subject in order to take action, I'd say read this book here.
An instruction manual to becoming a better more ALPHA MAN.
The accompanying PDF guide attached is complete and very useful for following the final sections of the book, with hypnosis, affirmations and meditations.

This book is by far one of the best, most comprehensive books regarding success with life and women. 15.35 hours of jaw-jacking truth!!
Must have for any man looking to better himself! Thank you, Sean, for such a quality book. Absolutely worth the time and money.

Stunning Playbook for How Men Should Live
Sean does a great job of bringing real perspective on society, how women today behave, and guidance for men who may not know how to handle their romantic relationships/dating life.
He breaks down the differences between good qualities to pursue and bad qualities to avoid in women. But also how to develop yourself into being a man who has options.
My biggest takeaway from this book is to not feel ashamed of being a man, AND it's okay to have certain standards in women when I know I should be receiving the very best because of the work I've put in.
Sean goes over unconventional skills to learn that are also not talked about enough but are very important to learn.
Because of this book and real-life experiences as I get older, I'm obsessed with pursuing excellence, surrounding myself with the right people, and commanding (not demanding) a level of respect with how I should be treated.

A great handbook for Men!
Sean Wayne has written a great handbook for men and how to view and handle relationships with women.
As so many men say, I wish I knew this stuff a long time ago. Eye-opening.
Just as in the areas of finance, education, and health and fitness, what the mainstream tells you about women and relationships must be looked at with a jaundiced eye, since the mainstream tells you what they want you to believe, what is in their interests to believe, not the actual truth that can benefit men.
This book is a must-read for all men, from teenagers to old-aged.

The hard truth… Thanks Sean Wayne
This book is an excellent summary of what men need to do in order to lead successful, fulfilling lives in this day and age we are experiencing.
I'm not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that this book should be in everyone's library or bookshelf alongside books such as 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad,' 'Think and Grow Rich,' 'Enchiridion,' 'The 48 Laws of Power', 'The Tao of Jeet Kune Do,' and 'The 4-Hour Work Week'... to name few.
I've followed Mr. Wayne for almost 1 year now, and though I've never met the gentleman in person, I do believe that mentorship can be found in books and content, and I do consider him a mentor.
I have bought two copies of 'Supreme Alpha Male Bible. The One' knowing that I would confidently gift one to my teenage son as he is now entering High School.
The lessons in this book are priceless—quick, easy, and thought-provoking listen to.
My suggestion: Buy 2 copies of this book, keep one for yourself, and gift the other. Surely you know someone who needs to be given the cold, hard truth.

Excellent playbook
As someone who had a terrible marriage/divorce and who just recently went through a tough break-up, I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. At the age of 51, I became Alpha Male aware, and it is a lifesaver.
I made all of the mistakes 90% plus all men make with relationships. I have a friend going through a break-up currently, and he is making all the classic mistakes attempting to keep the relationship together--all for nothing. His girlfriend has already met "someone better"--hypergamy in action.
I gave this book to my 21-year-old son--information I wish I had, and trust me, my life would have been much different. Once my younger son gets out of High School, he will get a copy of the book also.
