Worked for me & stopped my tinnitus

I was really struggling to sleep at 3.30am and my tinnitus was so loud. Tried this in desperation - having already tried my usual sleep stories without success.

Initially, I thought there’s no way I’ll was going to be able to relax to this but, as it was stopping my tinnitus, I persevered. So glad I did… the next thing I knew it was 9.30am
