Mel is brilliant, real & caring. I love listening.

Mel gives real-life examples about how we are letting emotions & fear live our lives & how to get out of the trap.
She's also entertaining & kind. I love having her in my ear to give me a positive lift when daily life gets a bit heavy.

I can’t express how every single episode made me smile. I created a page on my notes titled Mel Robbins with all the important points from the podcast, every day i wake up, the first thing i do is open my Mel Robbins notes (and apply them in real life, sometimes at least) ..
