Totally worth the purchase!

It is a great listen and does what it sets out to do. I have to tell you that I listen to it 3 to 4 times a week and sometimes it is so relaxing that I fall asleep. Helpful book.

Incredible!!

This book has helped her calm her anxieties over the weight that she has, as well as her figure, her diet and exercise routine. Women seem to be unhappy with how they look all the time, even if they’re fitness models. The book at hand really helped my future wife into finding peace of mind and calm while still doing her diets and training.

Effective book!!

I bought this book for my fiancée who is a little crazy about diets and losing weight, although she looks great. She’s always trying to find new ways of keeping her waist line below a certain number that she’s made up in her head as being ideal.
