the most unrelaxing background sounds and music !
could not go pass the repetitive annoying short music in the background. sorry. but every few seconds there is this fast guitar sound that starts in a quite manner then getting louder and louder and snaps you out of whatever the guy is saying.

I'd quite frankly rather be fat than tortured like that.....! ;-0

Disturbing
This is a waste of money for sure, the music is just awful. The sample didn't contain this music. I'm new this app so I was hoping I could just mute the music and listen to the content as it's not bad but can't. the music make it unbearable to listen to. 😓

Awful! Background music is overpowering and irritating
This was frustrating. Cannot focus on what the narrater is saying and the background music is loud and annoying.
I don’t understand how anyone can feel relaxed or fall asleep listening to this, couldn’t bare it!
Requested a refund!

Nice mind shift
Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

This feeling is amazing
This feeling is amazing. I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face. After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier.

Very nice for motivation and visualization
Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there. I listen to this as I fall asleep on sleepless nights. Not sure it helps with the weight loss but it puts me to sleep!!

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight.
This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

I can't explain it
i have finished this book several times yet I can't say much for the actual audio, as I have been playing it for myself in bed and fall asleep before the end of chapter 1 each time. I cannot confirm if the hypnosis part is real, or if playing the audio as I sleep has reached me on a subconscious level, but I will say that since the first night that it played *to completion* I have felt less of an urge to snack throughout the day and have been eating smaller portions without thinking about it (the first time it stopped at the end of the chapter and nothing changed). Like I said, I can't confirm any science behind it, but coincidence or not, I will continue to play this at night as I sleep.

Rewire the Brain Hypnosis
This audiobook from Rewire the Brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating health. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

This bundle is all about weight loss, and it's something that sticks with you while you listen. I have found the subliminal versions work best for me on a low volume, and the regular versions are great when you are sitting down and relaxed.

I really wanted to appreciate this audiobook but couldn’t. Same old stuff and the narrator’s tone and cadence made it impossible for me to use.

Why do I feel like I’ve been recruited into a cult?
Asian music, overpowering and non-relaxing vocals, do not mean it is hypnotic.quite the opposite for most people.
I need to relax. Not feel like I’ve been molested mentally.
Yet that is exactly how it feels.
