Perfect audiobook combo!

Love this bundle as it's given me all the tools I need to become a mindful and sensible eater. I have a tendency to over eat but using the techniques in this book I feel like the power is back with me. I'm learning to find a balance with eating healthy and knowing when to have a treat so these cheat foods no longer have the power over me. Through mindful eating techniques I now appreciate my meals and savour each bite. Eating is an emotional experience and having more control over my emotions means having more control over my cravings. Really well narrated and the author clearly has passion for his books. Highly recommended!

Freedom from overeating

If you are like me and have a tendency to eat when you are stressed, this is the book for you. I like that the author starts by showing us that she gets our choices, but she doesn't leave it there. She draws a line between stress eating (and other kinds of unnecessary eating) and obesity, hypertension and other complications, before recommending mindful eating. Her approach is practical and I am encouraged to try things are way. Here's to hoping for better eating habits!

Educative!

Binge-eating has been commonly affecting health and the most common problem with it is that it is hard to overcome and discipline the taste bud and eat what the body needs and not what is comfy, the book has provided tips and strategies that empower to be intentional about a healthy diet. Timely topic

I love food. And I love the holidays. Unfortunately, it's a terrible combination. This audiobook is perfect any time of the year, but personally very fitting for me as we quickly approach the holiday season. Too many social events, too much temptation! Having listened to this book, I feel empowered and am motivated to be more intentional about my diet.

Just what I needed!

I guess many of us girls can relate to this issue very easily. Not only that - dealing with overeating (and - to be fair - denying it most of the time) is a constant uphill battle. This book helps you on every level - firstly, to understand why and how overeating happens, to then providing effective strategies for tackling this monster. I truly hope it helps you as

Very Informative

I really enjoyed this very informative audiobook, I loved how you get a free copy of the book with it so you can follow along if you wish. But listening to it was great and easy to keep up with and I got so much out of it. Especially for me with emotional eating and binge eating and my triggers to look out for now, absolutely brilliant and I really feel like I can do this!!! I definitely recommend this as it has some really wonderful help and lots of support which I shall be implementing. I’m so glad I have a copy of the book as I want to read through it again as it’s so good. Thank you for your inspiring words about mindfulness over eating.

Life Changing Concept

If you struggle with over eating, you need to read this book.If you live your life with positive reinforcement, it might seem counter-intuitive to you, but I promise you that if you read it to the end, it will change your life and your eating habits. I can now walk into a store and walk down the cookie or bakery aisle and do so without any anxiety whatsoever.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is serious about losing weight and eating "Mindfully." If you stopped reading/listening after the first few pages, you clearly weren't/aren't serious about losing weight. It's that simple!

I really struggle controlling myself when it comes to binge eating, this book has given me some useful strategies when it comes to dealing it. There is no cure, only ways of approaching it, you can make it work!

It's not "fun" but it's helpful

The book can feel repetitive for sure, but as someone with eating issues, I needed to hear it. I'm very happy the author took the time to lay out all the options and was to help yourself with an eating disorder.
Very honest as well.

Highly recommended


This audiobook bundle is such good value for money as the books were very interesting to listen to and demonstrate the health hazards of not eating properly as well as the benefits of of eating mindfully and intuitively in great detail. The author very clearly and concisely sets out some steps on making sure you eat the right types of foods and develop good eating habits. There is a lot of scientific research given to back up the ideas. I would highly recommend these audiobook as they will make you think differently about the way you eat. I have already started to put the eating tips into action and ditched any dieting habits.

Eye-opening book – very helpful!

I found these audiobooks particularly useful as I have struggled with binge eating for a number of years. I was pleased to find that I could follow the exercises involved in the coping strategies.

This 2-book bundle provides holistic information and it was amazing to see how the author incorporated affirmations, visualisations, journaling and other strategies for coping. The material contained in each book complements each other well and sheds light on intuitive eating which is less well-known in my region. Highly recommended audiobook.

Absolutely life changing - highly recommend!

After struggling with some eating issues I picked up a few mindful eating habits books. I was so pleased this audiobook was part of my collection of purchases. It provided a lot of guided support that I couldn't find in other books or anywhere online that was super effective for me. I practiced the habits taught in the book for three weeks before the tools I learned became habitual and helped me overcome my eating struggles.

I highly recommend this audiobook if you're looking for an all in one healthy and mindful eating package. Easily 5 stars!

Very informative

An educational and interesting set of books dealing with mindful eating and intuitive eating. Everything is laid out very logically and it’s easy to follow.

Nathalie Seaton did a great job of presenting the material in an easy to follow format. The explanations made a lot of sense.

Each book has a different narrator. The audio quality (background noise) was different between the books and it took me until the second chapter, in the second book, to get used to the change and no longer notice it. Other than that, I thought Kasey Logan and Melanie Paragallo did a fine job.

Enjoyed and learned from it!!

Natalie put a very good book together. I have always had the plague of eating to much and have my ups and downs.

So so helpful!

This book has been so helpful. I have lost 8 pounds in 9 weeks. The diet and techniques are also very easy. It has also gotten me so much more motivated to do more things like exercising. I seriously recommend this book! Amazing book!
