Summary

If you are a man dealing with a narcissistic woman, this book is for you. Additionally, if you are not sure whether your wife or girlfriend is narcissistic, you will find out.

By listening to the information in this book, you will learn:

  • How to recognize a narcissistic woman before engaging a relationship with her
  • How to recognize a narcissistic wife, then divorcing and co-parenting
  • How to protect your children from parental alienation
  • How to recognize financial abuse and recover from it
  • How to heal yourself from codependency and narcissistic abuse syndrome
  • How to change your old toxic pattern of relationships and learn to appreciate healthy, empathetic, rational adult women

It could be extremely difficult for men to consciously recognize and admit when a woman has abused them. This is just how culture has raised us, as admitting abuse has become shameful for men. Men have a lack of understanding, a lack of resources. They are more ashamed to admit that they are being abused by a woman, and it does not help that the mental health industry is hyper-feminized.

Before this book was published, male victims of narcissistic women were not considered the way they deserved to be, and female narcissists were not represented the way they should be.

If you are an empathetic man, you have a harder time because of the way our society is, but this book will finally help you to get rid of your toxic relationship and start healing from narcissistic abuse.

If you need to start changing your life, don't miss this book!

The best there is!

We men need more books like these. It’s an under noticed phenomenon that many of us experience. Good book on the topic.

Really hit home

Caroline really opened my eyes to the abuse I was going through for the last 19 years. Unfortunately it was already too late for me. My ex ran off with another man, divorced me, financially destroyed me and is now making up stories to try and take my young boys away from me. Wish I would have read this book decades ago.

Concise yet thorough

I got this work based on the prior reviews and the title. Not realizing what I have been through over the last two decades, this work shown so much light on my situation I quit counting the “A-Ha“ moments. It’s as if the author put together a quick reference guide on what it’s like to live as a man a narcissistic wife. She touches specially are the reasons why do not typically leave or report this kind of behavior. I felt as if someone had been reviewing the last two decades of my life I decided to write a summary book to expose the trauma and pain that I had lived through. I found much help and healing from this work. I highly advise getting this one first if you were dealing as a man with these issues.

Great Read for Exclusive Characteristics

I thought this was pretty informative. It covers the basics of NPD along with some spot on characteristics exclusively in covert female. I've been researching for 2 years and this is one of the few pieces and the only book I've seen so far dedicated to the female narcissist. If you're still piecing together odd moments in the relationship then this book just may help you do that.

Confirmed my suspicions

This book confirmed what I thought and reinforces what I have known for a long time. No one wants their partner to be a narcissist or even more true accept the fact. Learn the signs, how to fight back, and how to live the life you truly deserve.

A narcissistic woman can happen to anyone not just a “chump” or a “weak dude”. They happen to ANYONE. This book is the first or last step out of that relationship. Highly recommend.

Eye opener.

Thank you in ways I can’t type. This book was an eye opener into myself as much as the main topic. Thanks again.

Dead on

My ex nearly killed me and my children. Chapter 6 is my life. If you’re in one of these get out right now. Save yourself.
