Summary

With a human-pup slave and a werewolf pet, Liam is perfectly content with where his life is - right up until the point where everything shattered. In his haste to satisfy his sire, he makes a choice that fractures the untraditional family he’d created, and he’s left to pick up the pieces in the aftermath. But Zain isn’t a mindless pet, and Caleb isn’t as much a pup as he might seem...and all three of them definitely have opinions on what the future looks like...and who’s in it.

Will a fight for their pup’s affection further damage their relationship, or will it bring them back together?

This is the final book in the Tamed & Trained trilogy, and it cannot be listened to as a standalone. Please hear the warnings on Puppy (Tamed & Trained, Book 1) before starting Caleb, Liam, and Zain’s journey!

The best book of the series

Saved the best for last, this book was far better than book 1 or 2. Puppy and Alpha.
Although still not my type of book normally I did enjoy this one.

Good final to the story

Continuing some weeks after the last book, Liam and his pet and pup living comfortable until Isaiah appears and ruins the idyllic life Liam have created for himself.

The premise of the last story is how after being alive some centuries you stop caring to understand the world outside and the ones living in it. Which is the main problem when Liam sends Zain packing and have no understanding as to why his pet would be bothered with this. Or the annoying need his partners have in being told they matter to him.

Liam is frustrating and fun to experience all in one, clueless yet firm in his beliefs. Seeing Caleb introduced to others and see their reaction to his transformation and behaviour and how he grew so completely in to his role as a pup was fun. Even if he struggled with it at times, it was far less than at the beginning.

Zain is lovely in the way he cares for Caleb, wanting nothing more than to keep him happy.

Compared to the first book I thought the Narration was much better in this one, though at times the voice of Isaiah and the Butcher was changed and it was something I took notice of.
