I loved this tantalizing tale of learning to trust. Full of hedonism at the beginning as wayward souls embrace and explore. Then it's sensual, lustful, steamy moments woven together as romance blossoms. Fantastic narration, very expressive and believable. Another success from Madeleine Taylor!

Deliciously hot!

Madeleine Taylor's work is what I like to call polished, high-end erotic romance and I'm absolutely here for it. I loved this in written form and narrator Tessa Stavers brings it to life beautifully as she did with the first two books. What a great idea having two MCs meet at a women-only masquerade ball at a mansion in New Orleans! When New York nightclub singer Ivy Giacometti visits her best friend Tessa in the exciting city, she takes Ivy to an invitation-only event where a password is required to enter. There, Ivy meets a striking woman who calls herself "The Phantom" and she soon realizes there's much more to this gathering than meets the eye. What occurs overnight is the stuff of fantasies - for Ivy and Tessa both.
I don't listen to a lot of erotica but really enjoy it when well done. And this is certainly that. This and the first of the three Taylor books The Good Girl were especially hot and I understand Taylor is working on a fourth. There is some light BDSM but nothing occurs that would be outside most people's comfort zone. It's all very consensual and eye opening for Ivy, who has not experienced the kind of intimacy this intriguing woman is offering. If you're not familiar with erotic romances or are a fan but haven't discovered Taylor yet, this is a great place to start! Another draw of these books is the eye-catching packaging and marketing artwork. Fantastic - I must have them all on my bookshelves! Lise Gold Books doesn't scrimp on quality or content. Recommend!

Very hot sweet story

From the first few minutes of this story, I was captured by these characters!! The story is short but very sweet and there is no shortage of very hot, erotic scenes. Tessa Seaver’s did a great job with all the different voices and you had no problem figuring out who was talking. Great book overall!

Another fun & Sexy read by Ms. Taylor

This book is set in the ever charming New Orleans chronicling the main character stumbling on to a exclusive swingers party. She is ends up with more than just a lustful encounter with a stranger.

She does it again! Great listen

You must get this if you like a little bit of kink with your romance!

Discovering your true self

Ivy learned how to let go and trust her Phantom lover at the masquerade party. Kameron wears more than a mask to hide her true self but her growing attraction to Ivy makes her want to come clean about who she is. Their sexual energy is amazing and hot I love the narrator Tessa. She does a fantastic job with Madeleine’s stories.

stick with it!

The first part of this was not my cup of tea, but starting around chapter 10 it evolved into a story with depth and substance. I really enjoyed it. And if you're looking for HOT, this story definitely doesn't disappoint.
