Poor quality

A short audiobook which doesn't have much to offer. speaks a lot about what you gain if you are disciplined and stack your habits but not much on how to achieve them. A brief overview for habits stacking and how to discipline yourself examples. Other than that just chasing its own tail on how beneficial this is. Nothing about entrepreneurship

DO NOT BUY THIS!

This anthology was read by someone who lacks English-speaking capabilities and it shows. Furthermore, there are multiple errors in the writing. Finally, this content is generic to the point of annoyance. Spend your money elsewhere.

Good info but a tad bit sloppy.

Good info here but it's p presented by an amateur. I think you can get this same info from a more polished source. For instance the guy narrator means to say perseverance but says per severance. You know like you sever somebody's head off their body. And who edited this book anyway? I don't think anyone did. The guy says there are 4 stages of a habit which he says are the cue, the craving, the response, and finally the reward. But then he presents them in the order of the cue, the cravings, and then he says, "and finally the reward" but then proceeds to discuss the r response aspect of it. This may not be such a big deal to you. And If you can overlook this kind of stuff then this might be OK for you. But I myself prefer a little more quality in my life and for people that work for me or influencing me hold themselves to a little higher standard. There that's my two cents on that.

Clever marketing but little else

The way the title and author piggybacks off self-development icons Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People) and Brendon Burchard is clever, but the book itself offers nothing else nearly as clever. There are a few grammatical errors which are unacceptable if an audiobook is to be taken seriously. Half the book is a preview of another book that is available for purchase. If you are totally new to the self-development genre, this book might be of benefit. Those more sophisticated will much prefer the real Stephen Covey and Brendon Burchard. I'll be returning this one.

Basic

First of the narration is so boring. It sounds like an A.I. reading the book. It makes it difficult to maintain focus. The book is very basic. The information is lacking. Not a lot of reason as to why I should adopt what is recommended. The steps for habits are basic and the info doesn't really connect you. It's like, this is an apple....you as the reader, okay. If you don't know anything about habits this might be helpful as it is basic and quick. I think there are better books out there, such as, Atomic Habbits, or any of Gary John Bishop's books.
