'Laughter therapy' - brings sunshine into life!
“Laughter therapy” by Ace McCloud is a very positive and constructive audio book. The main topic seems no so important in our life. We laugh without notice that we are doing that. But during sad moments in our life we remind how important is laugh and company of positive people. Ace McCloud shows that laughing therapy is crucial for our well-being and can support us in difficult times. I love Clown Doctors that visit children in hospital. I have seen them many times and they are always enthusiastic, singing songs and are sharing smiles to all little patients and their parents.
McCloud shows how we can benefit from laughing and how easy are techniques that help us relax and laugh. Endorphins can be really helpful in our life and change our attitude, boost energy and support us with many different situations.
Also very important is being around positive people who can tell us funny stories or just laugh with us. Good idea is watching comedy or others program with jokes or reading a positive stories and humour books. It is very good that we can distance from busy life and spending times with friends and family.
Joshua Mackay is a very enthusiastic narrator and his performance is a really funny show. Especially, when in the end he is reading funny jokes and quotations. That is very nice accent of whole listening experience.
If you looking for cheerful audio, supported with medical research and handy tips “Laughter therapy” is an ideal for you!

Interesting concept of laughter therapy explained
This had some really interesting points on the physiological and psychological benefits of laughter, for example in dealing with trauma and stress. A nice, short audio book that had me really laughing in parts when I tried some of the techniques.

Laughter therapy as a Stress Relief
Any additional comments?
We often forget how much laughing can relieve our stress and improve our health. I can assure you that after listening to this audio-book you will start smiling and laughing more often. The author reminds us of the reasons why it is so important to laugh more frequently and why we all need to do it more often. There are simple laughter yoga exercises in the book which can make you feel good instantly when practiced.
This book can also help you overcome painful memories by inserting humour in your life. As the author says 'being able to laugh at some situations from the past can really help you heel yourself'.

This was a fun listen
Any additional comments?
This was a fun listen. I smiled through most of it and occasionally did a little half-laugh as I jogged along, but I enjoyed pretty much all of it.
