Now for everyone

I think that not every fat person would benefit from this book. For sure it provides a lot of great knowledge on the subject, but overall I people who love sweets and fried meets will not get kit. Just saying…

Pros&Cons

PROS: Macros explained calory information, how to reach ketosis state, why a vegan diet is beneficial
for humans, a detailed meal plan, and many others…

CONS: There are a few grammar mistakes, so if you hate grammar errors, this book is not for you!

A fan of Keto

I've been following the Ketogenic diet for such a long time now that I no longer feel a need for carbohydrates and sweets what so ever. Meanwhile, I never thought about switching to a Vegan approach on top of that. It turns out it is such an amazing combination. My body feels lighter, and I feel more energized than ever before!

Budget-friendly diet

I spent less than 80$ a week on my food. I consider that to be relatively low. I loved almost every section of it. Sometimes it seems that the author is speaking directly to me and addresses the problems I am going through like my old friend. Amazing!

Everything in one place.

Obviously, if you have a lot of time, you can google a lot of the information that's inside the book. But the author Ben presented it in such a way that if you just follow his directions and you are almost set for success, at least I was. 5 pounds in 5 days, healthier, more productive, and happier!

Great for beginners.

My opinion

I don't think this book is for everyone. Keep in mind that at the beginning, this lifestyle will ask for a lot of personal sacrifices and definitely won't be effortless. But if you follow everything step by step, you can expect an amazing result.
