So hot, once we get there

I've read several Nikki Sex books, this one both was and wasn't what I've come to expect. Andre pops up, something I've come to love, he has such a unique way of looking at the world, I always find him thought provoking even when I don't agree with things the character says.

The relationship in this book is much slower to evolve than other Nikki Sex books, but this fits the characters and the situation well. I love that Marcy didn't jump into things that she wasn't ready for, she came across as both vulnerable and strong and it's a combination that worked really well here.

I loved Mike's patience, he wanted things to move quickly with Marcy but was willing to take the relationship at her pace.

The interconnection of all the different events was really interesting, I found the chain of events really helped to enhance the story and the concept of karma.

Overall a really enjoyable book to listen to, the narrator did a great job with the character voices and the delivery was dynamic and engaging.

Sexy romance with respect for women 👏

Marcie financially supported her narcissistic self absorbed husband Trent, so that he could become an orthodontist only to get traded in for a newer model.
She was good enough to build his career, but not the 🏆 he wanted on his arm for appearances.
Now she's raising her 7 year old daughter (basically alone) living in a small apartment with 2 other roommates and a broke down car struggling to make ends meet.
One night while bartending at a casino an opportunity to better her situation arises.
Marcie is offered a job by Andre, who's basically a dominant sexual surrogate.
Andre has a retreat for couples who need help with intimacy problems.
Marcie had no idea what kind of couples counselor he really was when she accepted the job.
This eventually makes for an interesting work day 😄
Mike is Aundre's security guy.
It's his job to check out Marcie's background and go over the job description.
Mike's a sweet, lovable widower who thinks he'll never find love again.
Then Marcie's adorable personality and good moral values win him over.
Mike starts to fall fast and hard.
But.. is Marcie's attraction to Mike enough to make her open a ❤ she has closed to keep from getting hurt again?
This book has all the giddy feelings a good romance should.
Plus, really hot sexy scenes while Mike tries to curb Marcie's insecurity's and show her how much fun being with an attentive man can be.
This is my first Nikki Sex book.
I like her writing style, so I will definitely keep this author in mind for future book's.
The BDSM is light like female worship senario's.
I personally like book's where the men are more concerned with giving the woman pleasure than getting theirs and thinking we should be 👌 with it.
Roberto Scarlato did a good job portraying the various character voices.
I especially liked the french accent for Andre.
The way he switches from each character is with a nice easy flow.
I was given this book by the author in exchange for my honest review.
Reviewing this credit worthy listen was quite enjoyable!!

I enjoyed the book.. Great sex scenes & a delightful romance, combined with justified karma, biting oneself in the ass! It is lots of fun to watch good characters be rewarded and bad characters get their downfall--but being kept on tenterhooks waiting to see how!

OMG! This story! This narrator!

Audio-book: Narrator – Roberto Scarlato

Oh my gawd!!! This narrator just does it for me!!! He has THE most perfecto voice EVER!!! I absolutely loved listening to this book with Mr. Scarlato as the narrator. The tone is always so clear and distinct. The characters’ voices are easily defined as he gives them each their own sound and fluctuation. Accents are spot on and the emotion is so real! I can’t rave enough on how much I enjoyed listening to this audio!


This is my second Nikki Sex book (the first being the completed Abuse series) and the author just blows me away with her insights and knowledge of the human mind and body regarding not just sexuality but emotions as well. There is a lot of sex but it’s not for voyeuristic pleasure. Each scene gives you a deeper look into what these characters are struggling with and the process through which they travel to find healing on the other end.

Karma is a well-developed and beautifully written story. I wasn’t sure if I could love them more than I did those in Abuse. Oh, but I did! I loved them just as much and I was so happy at the resolution of this story when the “villain” gets justice served. Maybe a little too perfect justice but I soaked it up and cheered for this hero and heroine as they were vindicated.

This was an amazing read and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind some BDSM (I’m not a fan but holy geez was it ok here!) and lots of sexuality. I would even go so far as to suggest if you struggle with issues of intimacy you might find some tidbits of advice here. Just sayin’, Ms. Sex has sex down pat!

Fantastic!!!

This was not at all what I was expecting but in all the best ways. Sure, this book was super hot with some really great detailed sexy scenes but there was so much more to this story and these characters along with a great twist. The narration was great (and really sexy!) I loved this audio and highly recommend it!

good karma

I believe in karma and that it will get back at you. The story is a good representation of that. Glad Marcy found her HEA with Mike, she deserved a good man and a better father figure for her daughter. Loved their interactions, except the BDSM parts, somehow didn't fit them. Now with Andre... He is another story, loved him and his approach to life and women. Quite an interesting reveal at the end, shows how small the world can be at times.
My first audio from Mr. Scarlato and I enjoyed listening to the various voices and accents, modulated to fit the characters, and clear reflection of emotions. My fave was the voice of Mike, also Andre.

Best Karma Story Ever!!

Loved the Underline story, enjoyed the little Circle at the end! Wow! Loved the Happy Ending and the fact that what goes around comes around! Must Read!

Over All A Good Story

It is very slow moving but over all a good story line narration is good, but I am just not a fan of third party narrations

Karma

This was the first book I have read/listened to by Nikki Sex. It is also the first audio from Roberto Scarlato that I've listened to.

The audio was well done, I really enjoyed the performance and will be look for other audios read by Roberto Scarlato.

The chemistry between Marcy & Mike was strong, I loved the little twists of fate that get thrown out through the book. It was a really fun read.

Marcy is working at a casino, after her no good husband has left her after putting him through college. When a customer drops money on the floor Marcy calls out to him to let him know. A bystander watches the exchange and decides to hire Marcy for being an honest worker. But Andre the bystander has an ulterior motive. A matchmaker at heart Andre has plans to set her up with someone close to him, and from there Karma takes its turn on everyone involved.

As it should be

Everything happens for a reason. Good or bad. This book has it all. Sexy accent, revenge, innocent women willing to learn, and alpha males willing to teach. So hot!
